Villa Barberina is an 18th-century Venetian residence set among the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is owned by the Franco family, historic producers of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore.
Founded in 1919, Nino Franco is considered one of the leading wineries in the Prosecco area, known for producing refined, fruity and floral sparkling wines that have gained recognition in many international markets and are regularly featured in prestigious Italian and international wine guides and magazines.
The Franco family personally oversees both the winery and the B&B. Villa Barberina is managed by Annalisa, while Silvia supports Primo in the winery’s production and strategic decisions, continuing a story that intertwines place, landscape and the culture of Prosecco.
